Data Deletion
You can delete your data from the mobile app in the "My Account" section.
Inactive accounts: Any account with no recorded activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. We will send you an email notice to the address associated with your account 30 days before the planned deletion. If you do not respond or log in within this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This measure aims to protect your data and fulfill our legal obligations under Law 25 and PIPEDA.
Terms of Service violations: Any behavior contrary to these Terms of Service - including but not limited to posting defamatory, abusive, hateful, or harassing content, or any content infringing the rights of third parties - may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the account and deletion of all associated data, without prior notice or refund. Cosflow reserves the sole right to assess situations falling under this clause and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the competent authorities.
