Mermaid sweet lolita (survived the fire)

Bought this skirt and blouse second hand from a friend in Canada and it survived the fire as it was in my bedroom. I do had to buy a new petticoat and wig to go with it. As I don't like the way the blouse is sitting over the skirt, I will use this skirt in combination with my dark brown dress in the future.
